The deadline to vote for the May 4th election is April 4th, 2019. As long as your registration form is postmarked by April 4th, you will be eligible to vote. In Texas, you cannot register to vote online. You must print and mail in your registration ballot to the county in which you are trying to register.

Can I vote via Mail-In or Absentee Ballot?
You are eligible to vote early by mail if you are a registered voter who is:
• 65 years of age or older
• Out of the county during the entire election including early voting
• Confined in jail, but eligible to vote.
To request a Mail-In Ballot, you must apply for one. Follow the steps below to get started:
- Print out your Mail In Ballot application
- Mail it no later than April 23, 2019 in order to be eligible to participate in the May 4th Election.
